This is very much a game that benefits from immersion. And we all need that kind of nostalgia every now and then. It’s a gentle reminder of what it’s like to be a little kid. Oh how absorbed I would get into the simple stories they would tell. The storytelling reminds me of the books my mom and dad used to read to me when I was very young. Every chapter gives you different tools and a different environment for you to use them on. I love the idea of having to paint the level to see where you are going. It’s checkpoint based so I’m assuming those who claimed the game lacked one didn’t get to the first checkpoint. First I want to make it clear that this game DOES in fact have a save system.
